Olivarera Baja Mar, located in two different sites, San Telmo on the west coast of Baja California, and in valley of Mexicali. The project pollination plan is based on cv. Barnea, cv. Picual, cv. Coratina , cv. Arbequina and cv. Mission.
The project is producing olive oil of the highest quality, and aims to market its oil in the USA, which is the largest import market for olive oil outside the EU.
